This is confirmed by a map published on November 6, despite claims by the Russian side that the Defense Forces are not present there. This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). 🔹 Over the 24-hour period from the morning of November 7 to the morning of November 8, Russian forces carried out nearly 40 attacks on 19 settlements across 11 territorial communities in the Sumy region. Three people in the Sumy community experienced an acute stress reaction. 🔹 45 people are still considered missing following a Russian airstrike on Komyshuvakha, in the Zaporizhzhia district, on November 2, reported Mykhailo Semikin, acting head of the Regional Military Administration. Currently, 55 deaths have been confirmed. 🔹 The Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant has experienced its 28th blackout since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion. During the night, the plant lost power from the last remaining operational line, "Ferrosplavna-1," and switched to backup diesel generators, Energoatom reported. An attempt to automatically re-energize the line was unsuccessful. Energoatom emphasized that if the diesel generators fail, the nuclear power plant’s life-support systems could also fail, which could lead to a radiation accident.
